We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in our Sales Department in Santee.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for receiving and responding to correspondence and phone calls from customers, including entering customer orders, researching information and tracking progress of orders.
-Responsible for Customer Service to a variable number of directly assigned customers.
-Become familiar with the top 10-20 products and top 30-50 customers.
-Become familiar with the product lines of the various production departments within the
company.
-Receive, review and enter into record customer specifications, assuring proper review
and approval by production and QA.
-Participate in weekly Customer Service meetings.
-Able to read, write and speak English.
-Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is required.
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-College degree or college level courses in biology/chemistry preferred.
-Minimum one to two years customer service experience.
-Knowledge of Work and Excel.
