-Bench experience in Chemistry and general lab work, such as buffer making, material and product processing and transportation, buffer exchange and other production procedures.
-Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Chemistry with 1 year hands-on experience in laboratories, preferably in an industrial setting.
-Basic training in production management.
-Responsible for negative adsorption processes.
-Responsible for coupling antigens or antibodies onto Sepharose 4B Gel.
-Set up, maintain and operate Affinity Chromatography Column.
-Perform Lipid Stripping and Charcoal Stripping processes.
-Perform R & D projects and validation processes.
-Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
-Familiarity with BlazeLIMS Software to submit and follow up QC tests.
-Familiarity with M2M to manage chemicals and materials for production.
-Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is required.
