-Lead museum tours and educational programs
-Operate Museum Bookstore
-Greet and assist museum visitors
-Answer phones, schedule tours, respond to emails
-Assist with inventory needs, cleaning needs, reptile care
-Operation of cash register
-Operation of a Company vehicle as-needed
-Support management with assisting at off-site locations as-needed, which may include cleaning and/or maintenance
-Update information on Excel spreadsheets regularly
-Act as a liaison with all internal or external personnel, departments, customers and/or guests
-Plans and facilitates some concierge services for special guests; may require travel
-Supports the ministry on, but not limited to, Sunday evenings
-Must be able to lift 25 pounds
-Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is required
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Valid driver’s license, current proof of insurance and maintain clean driving record are required
